This sauce is a watery pink color with red speckles throughout. It’s clearly blended aggressively, and the sauce had no texture or body to it.
Trappey’s Red Devil Cayenne Pepper Sauce is thin due to the high vinegar content. That makes it good to use in limited quantities… a dash here or there. The color is a pinkish red with red speckles.
